What is covered

Every mechanical and quartz watch we sell carries a five-year service programme covering movement faults, water ingress not caused by misuse, and case structure issues. Quartz batteries are consumable and not covered.

Repair process

1. Contact support with the fault, your proof of purchase and the watch serial.
2. After return, our service centre runs a 72-hour timing test and issues a report.
3. Once the estimate is approved, work begins; a standard overhaul takes 7 to 15 working days.

Everyday advice

Have a mechanical watch overhauled every 3 to 5 years, and avoid magnets, hot water and hard vibration.
